XP Multiplier
One of the benefits of achieving a higher rank within the family is that you also are automatically given a higher XP multiplier.
Every task that awards XP will do so at a base rate. Each rank has an XP multiplier attached to it and the higher you rank the faster you will earn XP. The multipliers are as follows
Civillians (0)
Junior Associate (1)
Full Associate (1.1)
Senior Associate (1.3)
Made Man (1.5)
Soldier (1.75)
Capo (2)
Underboss (2.5)
A simple formula to figure out what a task is worth in XP is (Base Rate * XP multiple)
As an example: We might push a task through to the Burn to Earn dashboard that asks you to write a post on twitter explaining who your favorite Dino Mafia character is and why....
This task will be worth an XP base rate of 100. This means that everyone who participated (must be legit and will be verified manually) will receive atleast 100XP. If you are a Junior associate then you are earning XP at a rate of 1:1. So this task is worth 100 XP to you. However, if you are a made man then this task is worth 150 XP to you because you have an XP multiplier of 1.5. (100 XP * 1.5 = 150 XP)
